Biography

Nail received his bachelor’s degree from Bogazici University and his master’s degree in industrial engineering from Galatasaray University. He has significant experience with deep learning and machine learning algorithms and has proposed machine learning approach to model subjective well-being from a psychological perspective. In addition to his academic studies, Nail worked as an analyst in treasury, preparing economic forecasts and managing bank portfolios. He has lectured on advanced statistics and mathematics as well as guided students through their projects at StudyLab Abroad Education Consulting. Nail is currently working as co-instructor for the master’s program “Data Science and Applied AI” in order to improve the quality of the course contents with cutting-edge techniques, integrate available data science technologies, and regulate the learning experience.
