The Administrative Office is closed for two weeks during the Winter Break each year and also for all recognized United States (U.S.) Federal Government holidays.

The University operates year round and the academic calendar is divided into four terms which are approximately 3 months long. The following is the schedule for the 2024 and 2025 school year.
