Suman Saha

Biography

Dr. Suman Saha is an Assistant Teaching Professor with a specialized focus on identifying software and binary code bugs that lead to system security vulnerabilities. An esteemed academic, he earned his Ph.D. from Universite Pierre et Marie Curie/INRIA in Paris, France, where his pioneering research earned him the William C. Carter Award in 2013 for significant contributions to dependable computing. Dr. Saha also holds a master’s degree from Hanyang University in South Korea and a bachelor’s degree from Premier University in Bangladesh. His academic journey includes postdoctoral fellowships at both Harvard University and Pennsylvania State University, enriching his global perspective on teaching and research. Dr. Saha leverages this international experience to enhance the educational environment at his current institution.
